Every rental swivel is tested before being sent to your site. This rig can absorb up to 25,000 ft-lbs of continuous rotating torque and can pull a hook load on the swivel at the same time.

Venturetech offers power swivel rental services through a wholly owned corporation, Torque Rentals, Inc.
We were never quite able to keep up with customers needs for buying our power swivels, so we did not consider building a fleet for the rental business. Then the economy crashed, we had a few leftover new units, and it became obvious. Our intention is not to compete with our good customers who are rental companies, rather to offer them a backup when their units are all out. Also, this is a way for our customers to try out an XK before they buy, and perhaps to get started quicker than we can deliver.
When it comes to performance, the XK’s really shine. Many times, a competitor’s 85 ton unit can’t handle a job’s torque requirements, so a more expensive 120 ton unit must be provided at a higher rental rate. Time and again, we see our XK-90 do the job easily at a lower day rate because of its 6000 ft-lb torque rating.
Finally, who better to rent from than the manufacturer? Our only business for 30 years has been power swivels, our shop and field people are highly trained with our equipment, and our test rig proves that our unit is ready to work on your job.
